Operations Coordinator Daily/Weekly/Monthly Tasks
Weekends: Saturday/Sunday:
- Respond to emergency work orders within 30 minutes
- Nonemergency work orders: Notify tenant we have received their work order and that we'll address repairs on Monday. Leave the initial troubleshooting + vendor assignment for the MC to pick up on Monday.
- Respond to all inquiries to info@ and leasing@ emails
- Send 'Application Received' notifications to applicants + agents anytime we receive new apps on Saturday/Sunday. Launch Basecamp 'Processing Application' task list and check off the "application received email" tasks once you've sent them.
- Complete any leftover utility bill pays.
- Sunday before signing off for the day: Send a summary report of items handled over the weekend to all@, so the rest of the team can pick up any action items
Weekdays: Mon/Thurs/Fri:
- Support weekday operations in whatever capacity is needed. Check in regularly with the other team members and ask them to hand you tasks in BC.
- Each Monday EOD:
- Note: Operations Coordinator is not responsible for any maintenance work Monday through Friday.
All Days:
- When time-sensitive priorities do not exist, work on special projects.
