• Garage Door Opener (location / is there one? / does it work)
• Mailbox Keys (Where is the mailbox located? Cluster Mailbox? What number?)
• Stove Burners
• Gate Latching / pickets missing 
• Blinds
• Hot water
• Open cabinets/drawers in all rooms
• Flush Toilets
• Check for any leaking toilets / sinks / showers
• Check cleanliness
• All lights indoor and outdoor
• Doorbell
• Shower
• AC set to 75
• Any pools of water in the yard (leaking irrigation?)
• Locate AC filter/location
• Water shut off valve
• Breaker box location
