Thanks for inquiring about adding someone to the lease. You both will need to apply for the property as a group application. The application fee is $55 per person.

To initiate the process, you will need to submit a non-refundable administrative fee of $250 through your tenant portal. This fee is necessary to facilitate the adjustments to the current lease agreement.
