THIS TEMPLATE IS USED TO NOTIFY A TENANT THAT TOPM IS TAKING OVER

I hope you're doing well! I am writing to introduce ourselves - Treaty Oak is taking over property management for the XXXXXX.

Treaty Oak will be your contact moving forward! 

IMPORTANT NEXT STEPS - PLEASE READ ALL!

+ You will receive a portal activation link shortly, where you will set up your tenant portal and pay your security deposit of $XXXXX. This will hold the property for you and it MUST BE PAID WITHIN 24 HOURS OF LEASE SIGNING. See below for instructions on HOW TO PAY YOUR DEPOSIT!

+HOW TO PAY YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT: You will receive a link/invitation for Tenant Online Portal Activation. Please activate your account and go to Payments > Pay Now > Create a One Time Payment. Please submit $XXXXXX as a one time payment. We will apply this in your tenant ledger appropriately as your security deposit(s). There will not be a CHARGE for the security deposit until after you have submitted the payment. *If MORE THAN ONE PERSON is contributing towards the security deposit, then each individual tenant will need to activate their tenant portal and 'Create a One Time Payment' for their portion of the deposit(s).

+ This tenant portal is where you will pay your rent, as well as submit maintenance 24/7 maintenance requests! It is extremely important that you set this up now. 

+ Key location/access will be emailed to you on your lease commencement date at 12AM.

You have been EMAILED a TENANT PORTAL ACTIVATION LINK! Please FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THIS LINK TO SET UP YOUR NEW TENANT PORTAL!

Through your tenant portal, you will set up your (auto-pay if you wish) rental payments and ALL maintenance requests! We can also text and email you through the portal!

YOU MUST HAVE YOUR TENANT PORTAL ACTIVATED BY (DATE) so that you can pay (MONTH) rent timely!

Maintenance requests can be submitted online 24/7!
