BULK EMAIL ANNUAL INSPECTION - TEMPLATE

Hello!

We will soon be conducting a mandatory comprehensive interior and exterior inspection of your residence. During this inspection, we will need to access every single room, including garages, attics and utility areas, as well as inspect all mechanical systems (plumbing, HVAC, electrical panels). 

Our Field Tech, {{NAME}}, will conduct the inspection. We'll be in contact soon to schedule your inspection date/time.

This inspection is not optional, and your ability to renew or extend your lease is contingent upon our ability to access and complete this inspection. Additionally, if we are unable to gain access to the property on the scheduled date, there will be a non-optional $100 trip charge for any missed appointments or failure to provide entry.
