Dress Code Policy: How We Show Up

Policy Statement:

At Bramlett Partners, your appearance is a direct reflection of our brand. Whether meeting clients, attending internal meetings, or working in the office, we expect all team members to uphold a neat, clean, and professional image. We honor personal style while ensuring it's client-ready and professional. That means showing up for our clients in a professional way and giving them confidence in our ability to deliver and support them through how we show up!

Whether you're at your desk or out in the field, how you show up matters. You are always representing the brand. 

This isn’t about fashion—it’s about pride and professionalism. Show up ready for whatever your day brings. And hey, if you ever have questions or need help in this area, please ask your Team Leader– we are here to help and want you to be super successful! 

Standards of Dress for Office Staff:

• General Attire:

  Business casual is the minimum standard. Clothing should be clean, pressed, and free of rips, holes, or excessive wear. Avoid clothing that is overly revealing or casual (e.g., athleisure, workout attire, crop tops, men's tank tops, excessively short skirts, or visible undergarments). If you’re wearing a T-shirt, it should be free of graphics or offensive language. Bramlett and Treaty Oak T-shirts are always approved.

  
  

• Footwear:

  Closed-toe shoes, dress sandals, loafers, or flats are acceptable. Flip-flops, beachwear, slippers, or overly worn sneakers are not considered professional.

  
  

• Hygiene & Grooming:

  Personal hygiene must be maintained, including clean hair and appropriate grooming. Scent should be subtle and not disruptive to others in the workspace.

  
  
• Summer Months: No flip flops or beachwear, casual footwear, no gym shorts, or athleisure-wear. For Men, if the temperature or heat index exceeds 100 degrees, khaki shorts (non-jean) would be approved.

Smoking & Tobacco Policy

No smoking, vaping, or tobacco use is permitted in the office or within 15 feet of entrances or operable windows. Breaks must be used appropriately and off-site.  It is required to wash your hands and freshen your breath after smoking.
