Tenant Hasn't Seen Property Until After Lease Executed
This process should be following in the event an agent states they will be showing a property that has already been leased (for example: the client they are representing has been approved, has signed the lease, sent funds, but did not view the property as required by our application + approval guidelines)
First, ask the agent the date they intend to show the property. CC the Field Tech.
When the agent responds, ensure the Field Tech is still CC'ed. Field Tech can then confirm if they have completed the precheck or not. (During precheck, the FT moves the key from the Supra box to the combo box, so the agent cannot show using the Supra box.)
If the precheck has not been completed and the showing date will happen before the precheck then everything can proceed as normal. The agent may grab the key from the Supra box and return it after the showing.
If the precheck has been completed, or the agent intends to show the property after the precheck date, then confirm the agent has an active license through TREC.
If they do, then provide the agent with our lockbox combination code so they can show the property. Advise them to use the combo box, not the Supra box.
