Neighbor Dispute - Template

Hi (Tenant Name),

Thank you for letting us know of this incident. We are sorry about the dispute with your neighbor. Please note that neighborly disputes fall outside the scope of our lease agreement limitations. If you feel unsafe, we advise contacting the appropriate authority immediately, the Austin Police Department, so that they can resolve the issue for you.

Our recommendation is to avoid engaging with the neighbor. Should the dispute persist, we encourage you to reach out to the Austin Police Department for assistance.

Please ensure you are adhering to the lease as outlined in Paragraph 12, Section D of the lease agreement under "Prohibitions," tenants are prohibited from engaging in activities that constitute a nuisance, are offensive, noisy, dangerous, or obstruct, interfere with, or infringe upon the rights of other persons near the Property.
