Uploading Insurance Info to Appfolio

We require our landlords to add us to their insurance. Yearly, we'll receive insurance card renewals to the office.

The Field Tech is responsible for scanning and sending these cards to the Leasing Coordinator.

Then, the LC is responsible for uploading these cards to the owner profile in Appfolio.

That's all that needs to be completed for this process.
