Adding Lockboxes to ProAgentSolutions

In order for ProAgentSolutions (PAS) to collect showing information and collect feedback from agents, we must sync each Supra lockbox to our PAS. Here's how to do that.



Add a lockbox profile in Pro Agent Solutions (PAS).

    • Log in to PAS and go to Showings → Setup Lockbox.
    • Click Add Lockbox Profile (or the pencil icon to edit an existing one).
    • Choose Supra as the provider, paste your SupraWEB credentials, then Save.Pro Agent Solution

Test the connection.

    • In the same screen, hit Sync Test.
    • Wait a minute; you need to see “Pass” in the Connection Status column. A “Fail” means the username/password is wrong or locked—fix and retest.Pro Agent Solutions

Link individual lockboxes to listings.

    • Go to Listings → My Listings.
    • Edit each listing and enter its Supra lockbox serial number (no spaces).
    • Save. PAS now knows which box belongs to which listing.Pro Agent Solutions

Verify imports.

    • By default PAS pulls Supra showings several times per day; new showings will start appearing in Showings → View Showings automatically.Pro Agent Solutions
    • If you need missed activity, open Settings, set “Number of Days to Back-date Import” to 3-7, then Save. PAS will back-fill within 24 hours.Pro Agent Solutions

Troubleshooting tips.

    • Login failed? Re-enter credentials and rerun Sync Test.
    • Showings missing? Confirm the correct lockbox serial is on the listing, and the listing status is Active/Pending (closed or withdrawn listings won’t import).
    • Still stuck → email support@proagentsolutions.com with listing address, MLS #, lockbox serial, and showing details.

That’s it—once the Sync Test passes and lockboxes are assigned, PAS will automatically import Supra showings and kick off your feedback workflow.
