What to Expect from Your First Owner Payout - TEMPLATE

We are excited to inform you that your first owner payout will be processed in {{Month/Year}}. Below are the details of what you can expect:
Payout Details:
- The leasing commission of 100% will automatically be deducted from the first month's rent.
- The monthly management fee will begin on the lease commencement date. However, please note that NO management fees are ever charged during any vacancy periods—EVER.
- Owner payouts are transferred via ACH on the 10th of each month, or the following business day if the 10th falls on a weekend or holiday.
- For your first 1-3 payouts, it may take 3-5 business days for the funds to post to your account. After that, transfers should occur more quickly Accessing Your Statements: You can easily access your monthly itemized owner packet through your owner portal. This can be found in the "Statements" tab. Below is a screenshot for your quick reference:
