Owner Insurance Inquiry - Template

Hi (Owner Name),

We carry Errors & Omissions Insurance, as required by all brokerages, to cover any potential mistakes made in our management services. However, this insurance does not extend to cover individual properties.

As the property owner, you are required to maintain a Landlord Insurance Policy that includes Treaty Oak as an additional insured, as outlined in Paragraph 12 of the TAR Property Management Agreement.

In the event of a claim, your Landlord Insurance Policy will be the primary coverage for property damage or liability related to the home. Our insurance policy only covers errors and omissions related to the property management services we provide, not property damage or liability.
