Adding Owners to Owner Referrals & FUB
Owner Referrals
A spreadsheet that holds all of the owners' data who are referred to us through agents and other sources like Google, Yelp, etc.
Whenever we receive a new property management agreement, we need to add the owner data in the spreadsheet. The data is collected through a form that is linked with the owner's onboarding email. After adding the data in the spreadsheet, the same data is then added to Follow Up Boss (FUB).
Form
The below form is filled out by the owner. The owners provide all information, including names, spouses' names, and dates of birth, as well as the names and birthdates of children. The information gets stored automatically in the spreadsheet below.

Below is the image after adding the client information in FUB. Before adding any client, the client name is searched in the search bar in order to avoid any duplicates.
If the search result appears (0 people), then start adding a new client by clicking on the + sign.
The following options are required: All of the information must be added from owner referral spreadsheet
- Client name (Full name)
- Client email address
- Mailing address
- Relationship (A new dialog box will get open & add all the information like name, type, phone & email)
Under Details
- Click on stage and select 'current owner.'
- Click on source and select 'referral.'
- Agent: No change
On the right section
- Rate the owner by clicking on round rating button
- You can add partner, child and pet
Till here, all of the owner information is added, and the process is completed.
