Daily MLS check for any changes in the lease price & property status

We need to perform daily checks on the MLS for any changes to lease prices. Typically, we will receive an email notification if a lease price adjustment is required. When updating the lease price, we will also adjust the security deposit to match the lease price.

Additionally, any changes made to the lease price and security deposit in the MLS must also be updated in AppFolio to ensure consistency in the rental information.

2. Click the edit listing button on the top right and the click 'Residential Lease Input Form'

3. Change the list price and then click 'How to Apply' to change the security deposit.

4. Click 'Publish listing' at the bottom to save the listing.

5. Open Appfolio and search the property in the search bar. Under 'Rental Information,' click the edit button on the top right to go to editing mode.

6. Click Change Market Rent to update the rent and change the security deposit to match the lease price. Click save to save the changes.

The process is now complete. Please review the MLS and AppFolio to confirm the updates.
