Sending Bulk Email and Messages in Appfolio
Each year, it is necessary for us to notify our tenants about the upcoming severe winter weather. To facilitate this process, we distribute emails and text messages. Given the large volume of tenants, these notifications are sent in bulk using AppFolio.
Sending Bulk Email.
The following outlines the process for sending bulk emails to our tenants.
1. Navigate to the Appfolio dashboard and click on Realm X-Assistant located on the right side. Then, select the Send Bulk Email button.
2. In the Recipient(s) section, enter "current tenants," and the X-Assistant will automatically search for and add all current tenants to the recipient list. Add the subject and the message body, and then click send. The email will be delivered to all of the tenants. That email can be checked on the tenant page under emails.
