TEMPLATE - Property Address - Next Steps for Vacating

Hi (OWNER NAME) -

As you prepare to vacate the property (DATE) we want to ensure a smooth transition! Below are the next steps and important instructions:

Supra/Lockbox Installation:

We will install a combination lockbox on the backyard gate.
The lockbox code will be (XXXX)
Additionally, a blue Supra (realtor lockbox) will be placed on the front doorknob. The black Supra keyholder insert will be left in front of the door. Please place the black keyholder on the kitchen countertop upon vacating. No further action is needed from you regarding the Supra keyholder.

Key Placement:

Upon vacating the property, please leave (1) front door key in the combination lockbox.
If you have garage remotes or mailbox keys, please place them in the kitchen drawer closest to the fridge.

Make-Ready Inspection:

Walt, our handyman, will conduct a make-ready walk-through to reinspect the property.

Utilities:

Please keep all utilities on at the property until we identify an approved applicant and establish a set lease commencement date.
The internet can be disconnected as long as no devices like the thermostat or irrigation controller are operated via Wi-Fi.
