TEMPLATE - Informing Owner of Early Term

I'm reaching out to inform you that the tenant in (PROPERTY ADDRESS) will be exercising the early termination clause as he is relocating for a new job. 

 

The tenant is scheduled to vacate on (DATE). We will promptly conduct a property inspection to facilitate its swift return to the market.

The tenant has been charged the ELTF and we will put the property on the market in order to find you another approved tenant and ensure that this was a non-financial event for you and adhere to the lease agreement.
