WO 6509 - Please re-assign to Walt Reviewing Maintenance History
I made a LOOM for this one. I know, just because we have had a lot of issues at 3103 Leaf Lane regarding the plumbing, that both Walt and HM Plumbing are super familiar with this property.
If you search the WO history (AppFolio Search Bar>3103 Leaf>Work Orders[right side column]) you will see the plumbing/water/maintenance history. From this (or any other WO) I ask that you note the vendors already consistently servicing the property and stick with them.
Mainly because, the vendors are already familiar with the house and it will *most likely* cut down on unnecessary trips to the property by vendors that are unfamiliar OR it might require some work *warrantied* by one of the vendors who was out to the property prior - recently.
Let me know if you have any questions! And any time you have to re-assign the WO, you will need to do it as soon as possible so that the vendor doesn't schedule with the tenant and then charge us money for their visit because we accidentally assigned the WO to them.
