Daily/Weekly/Monthly - Oliver's tasks New

Daily Procedures:
  • Login to appfolio & Gmail, and Check WO & Text Communications from tenants.
  • Assign work orders in AppFolio to the necessary vendor.
  • Follow up with vendors to confirm receipt of work order. & check WO history
  • Address vendor questions about work orders, and help schedule those with tenants.
  • Troubleshoot work orders Process with tenants as needed e.g. required pictures etc.
  • Communicate with TOP regarding owner-approved repairs ($500+)
