Price Reduction Workflow

• Trigger: PM notifies us we need to make a price change.
• PM: Notify LC we need to change the price. Provide property + new price. Let them know if we are also offering a "free rent" promotion.
• LC: Update price + security deposit amount on MLS.
• LC: Update price + security deposit amount on Appfolio.
• LC: If we are offering a "free rent" promotion, paste it into the marketing description on MLS, Appfolio, and PAS.
• LC: Using PAS, email all agents that have shown the property that we have reduced price. Notify them of any "free rent" offering we have (if any).

• LC: Notify PM the price reduction is complete. Confirm each item that was completed (MLS updated, AF updated, PAS updated, agents emailed)
• PM: Notify owner(s) we have completed the price reduction.
