Unknown Speaker 0:00

Hey, how's it going?

Unknown Speaker 0:06

No worries. Before you get

Speaker 1 0:17

we can formally introduce ourselves so you don't get so upset, you no need to freak out.

Unknown Speaker 0:23

How's it going? How's your movement? Yeah, it's been good, awesome. You moved

Speaker 2 0:26

during the flood this past weekend. Now, so hectic tonight. Would never recommend, yeah, not ideal. Never again. But I'm like, if I had to choose, like, the heat or rain, I'd still choose the heat, but for sure,

Speaker 1 0:37

yeah, at least we're in, we're driving, yeah, getting everything soaked is not ideal

Speaker 2 0:41

at all, and it's dry and it's good, sorry, it's still messy crystal,

Speaker 1 0:45

that's perfectly fine. Yeah, I just wanted to come and see if you had any questions about the property, anything that I could assist you with. Nothing yet, the bug people did come

Unknown Speaker 0:56

today for

Speaker 1 0:58

the ants. I think they're, yeah, they're carpenters.

Speaker 2 1:01

Yes, that's what Dave said. So no, other than that, the only thing I haven't done is I haven't filled out that form yet. Just with like the minor.

Unknown Speaker 1:13

I need to fill that format. It's still too late. It's not

Unknown Speaker 1:16

too late. No, yeah, it's completely

Speaker 1 1:18

understandable. I know that it's hectic with the move and everything like that. That's fine. Just make sure that you, like, try and get it to us within the week. That would be fantastic, yeah? Just like, make sure you get pictures of those things, stuff like that. I like, ideally, before you put holes in the walls, right?

Speaker 2 1:38

You got it, yeah? Sure You saw nothing here, yeah. And that's like, I'm not. There's nothing about like polls that I would want to point out other than like,

Unknown Speaker 1:48

literally, maybe that. Yeah, absolutely.

Speaker 1 1:50

And feel free to, like, take pictures videos for your own reference, just so that you have like, that information moving forward, if anything were to come up, right?

Speaker 1 2:06

Awesome. Yeah, no worries. I'll just run through my walk through real quick. So you know where your air filter and electrical box and everything is. I know the air filters are over here. So yes, your electrical box is either in your backyard or it's in your neighbor's backyard. Those, yeah, those are with the duplex. They either put both water meters on one side and both electrical box on one side, things like that, and then your appliance so your fridge and you brought your own washer dryer. I did Yes, so your fridge is not under warranty. So if anything were to happen, we'd send somebody out, but it would be at your expense. If you don't want to put your own money into somebody else's appliance, we can take that off site and you can put it back on site. That being said, we give you an appliance that should work the entirety of your lease, right, and then everything else is under warranty, so your stove, your dishwasher, things like that. And then, moving forward, you're responsible for pest control and yard maintenance. I wasn't, I'm not 100% sure if this is a HOA, yeah. Then just like, what works? Yeah, with and then any sort of cosmetic issues we won't come out and fix, but functional issues, I know that you're still, like, sorting things out, definitely submit that onto the portal, and that would be the best way for, like, work orders and stuff like that. And then there's going to be a one time maintenance inspection, and that's going to be closer to the winter months, and it's just going to check, like, the smoke detectors and air filter things like that. So nothing crazy, and they'll reach out to you three weeks in advance and work at your schedule. Perfect, awesome, easy, yeah, nothing crazy. I just wanted to make sure that we introduce ourselves, show that we're real face, and then everything's good on your end, and just submit any work orders that need to be submitted. I'm so sorry. Yeah, so dramatic.

Unknown Speaker 4:21

It's fine. It's very

Unknown Speaker 4:23

sweet. Yes, it was a pleasure to meet you.

Speaker 1 4:31

Yes, pleasure to meet you. Have a good rest. Yes, Jake,

Speaker 2 4:34

thank you so much for stopping by. Yeah, and I'll keep you guys updated, but you

Unknown Speaker 4:38

take care. Have a good day. Yeah, you as well.
