DAILY
  • Check email/texts/calls
  • Move-in walk-throughs (prepare property to lease commencement date - follow up with Walt or Arellis if necessary)
  • Schedule and perform Welcome Walk-Throughs (set up tenant for success, show them the functionality of the property
  • Onboard vendors as needed
  • Support tenants with higher level questions and communication while adhering to Lease Contract
  • Communicate with Admin Assistant regarding higher level questions and communications pertaining to available properties for lease
  • Perform any support tasks or errands needed

WEEKLY
  • Visit Regis Office and Collect Mail
  • Cut Commission Checks / Document accordingly / Mail USPS Certified
  • Cut Security Deposit Checks / Document accordingly / Mail USPS Certified
  • Coordinate lawn mowings, etc. as needed for vacant properties
  • Pay vendors who are not paid via ACH as needed
  • Pay utilities at HEB that are not paid via ACH
  • Coordinate with vendors

MONTHLY
  • Support CEO with any scheduled events or marketing documents
  • Manage the Late Notice / Breach of Lease process on the 5th of each month
  • Manage the 3 Day Notice to Vacate / Eviction Filing on the 10th of ea month
  • Perform move-out walk-throughs as needed
