I'm writing to let you know that the tenants at (PROPERTY ADDRESS) Ln have inquired about the early termination clause due to (REASON FOR EARLY TERM). 

In the event that they proceed with the early termination clause, we will conduct a property inspection the following business day to facilitate its swift return to the market.

The tenant will be charged the ELTF and we will put the property on the market in order to find you another approved tenant and ensure that this was a non-financial event for you and adhere to the lease agreement.
