Please resolve this matter as soon as possible. Let us know once resolved so that no further violations or fines are accrued. This is also a friendly reminder that per the "USE AND OCCUPANCY" section of the lease agreement, tenants are responsible for fines and other charges/remedies for HOA violations noted during occupancy. This may require your direct communication with the HOA for your community.
