HOW TO PROCESS WORK ORDERS PERTAINING TO APPLIANCES:

  • Fridge, Washing Machine, Dryer Work Orders:
If we receive a work order for a fridge, washing machine or dryer please email Stephanie asking if the appliance is covered under the lease. If the appliance repair is not under warranty, you will send the below template email to the resident. 

 Follow-up template to the tenant : 

Good afternoon (Tenant Name),

Thank you for submitting a service request #(XXXX) for the (appliance). Please note that appliance repairs or replacements are not covered under your lease. However, we’d be happy to provide you with our appliance vendor’s contact information should you wish to proceed independently.

If you’d prefer to supply your own (appliance), we can schedule removal of the owner-provided unit from the dwelling. Please let us know which option works best for you.

Alternatively, if you'd like us to proceed with scheduling the repair on your behalf, kindly provide the following information:

  1. A clear photo of the appliance's tag showing the brand, model number, and serial number (usually located inside the unit or around the door frame).

This will help us assign the correct vendor and expedite the repair process efficiently.
